Should be back up to speed with training in a few days

Just need remember:

  1. Never swim harder than 90%
  2. Go easy
  3. Eat sensibly and stay hydrated
  4. Rest
  5. Stretch and strengthen and maintain flexibility of muscles
  6. Take it easy on butterfly and keep breast stroke kick small
  7. Don’t let shoulders drop
  8. Finish pull off at the back
