Okay, well my shoulder feels as though it’s on the mend, but it can still be painful when I swim . I’m wondering if I’m just getting used to the pain.
Also there were times today when it felt as though my shoulder was coming out of its socket on the catch.
It makes me think I should concentrate of strengthening and stabilising my shoulders instead.
I’ll do some core training and stretches in the morning followed by a 1 hour swim of short sets alternating kick and pull.
In the afternoon more stretching and strengthening followed by of front crawl easy
Intermissions to include lots of protein and carbs and sleep
